City of Bad Axe issued the following announcement on Oct 28.
Per the City of Bad Axe Ordinance, November 1st thru March 31st no Parking on any Street or Alley between the hours of 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. within the City of Bad Axe limits
Sec. 11-51. When parking restricted; penalty.
(a) No person, firm, co-partnership, association or corporation shall hereafter park any automobile, truck, trailer or other vehicle, object or obstruction upon any part of the traveled portion of any street or alley within the City, or leave or permit the same to be parked, standing upon or occupying any such portion of any such street or alley from the first day of November to the 31st day of March, between the hours of 3:00 to 5:00 in the morning of any day, Eastern Standard Time, or cause the same to be done in any manner.
(b) A violation of Section 11-51 shall be a fine in an amount as set by resolution of council.
