City of Harrison issued the following announcement on Dec 18.
Give the gift of a future night out with a ticket to the 5th Snowball Dinner/Dance January 15th for Christmas and/or raffle tickets for a 20 GA Mossberg 500 loopshotgun, a $300 gift card to Jay's Sporting Goods, $200 cash. 1st ticket drawn gets choice.
