Bay City School District issued the following announcement on Jan 6.
Bay Area Community Foundation's scholarships are now available to any current high school senior, college student, or adult wishing to pursue post-secondary education in the fall of 2022. Applications are available online at www.bayfoundation.org/ students and are due February 7, 2022.
Bay Area Community Foundation manages more than 175 scholarship funds that honor loved ones, inspire young leaders, and invest in our community’s future. In 2021, Bay Area Community Foundation awarded nearly $500,000 to Bay and Arenac county students.
Complete scholarship criteria are available on the website, and students may apply for multiple scholarships with just one application. Staff are available to answer scholarship questions at any time but have set aside Tuesdays in January from 3:30-5:00 p.m. for a virtual scholarship forum.
