Indoor Air Ventilation | Almont Community Schools fb

The Almont Community Schools have been provided portable air filtration units for all of our instructional spaces and active offices through a grant from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services MI Safe School Indoor Air Ventilation Program.

These units use HEPA H13 filters and can treat up to 1,100 square feet in a half hour cycle and remove dust, hair, pollen, dust mites, odors and even tiny airborne practices. The units also treat the air with ultraviolet light.

These filtration systems will enhance the efforts we have made since the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure good airflow in classrooms.
