State Rep. Matthew Bierlein | Michigan House Republicans
State Representative Matthew Bierlein of Vassar has commenced his second term in the Michigan House of Representatives. The swearing-in ceremony was conducted by Michigan Supreme Court Justice Kyra Harris Bolden.
Joining Rep. Bierlein at the event were Frankenmuth Mayor Tom Meyer and Tuscola County Sheriff Ryan Robinson. Bierlein represents the 97th House District, which includes parts of Bay, Genesee, Saginaw, and Tuscola counties.
The Michigan House of Representatives initiated its first session day for the 2025-26 legislative term following the formal swearing-in of its members.
