On Friday, March 28, former North Branch High School standouts Andrew Orf and Noah Thorsen’s current college team, the Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs, won 17-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Minot State Beavers.

The game took place at Corbett Field. This was their fifth matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Mustangs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 3 p.m. at Barnes Field against Concordia Golden Bears.
