Friday, May 2: Algonac High School standout Ella Stephenson’s college team loses to Minnesota Golden Gophers

On Friday, May 2, former Algonac High School standout Ella Stephenson’s current college team, the Michigan Wolverines, lost 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

The game took place at Jane Sage Cowles Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.

The Wolverines’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 1 p.m. at Jane Sage Cowles Stadium against Minnesota Golden Gophers.
