Algonac Community School District issued the following announcement.
The State of Michigan has announced two grants for hazard pay for teachers and support staff. The eligible applicant teacher will receive $500.00 and an eligible support staff
applicant will receive $250.00. All employees and contracted service employees have been identified and must meet the grant eligibility requirements. Algonac Community Schools
has identified all eligible teacher and support staff via email and has provided the TSSC19 grant Certification Form 5734 to all identified teacher and support personnel based on the REP by November 9, 2020. If an employee did not receive notification and is deemed ineligible and would like to file an appeal, please submit the appeal in writing to Dorothy Gzel,
Director of Business, 5200 Taft Road, Clay, MI 48001 or by email to dorothy.gzel@acsk12.us. by December 4, 2020. For questions regarding eligibility and for more information on
