City of Lansing issued the following announcement on Nov. 13
On Sunday, November 15, Marshall St., from Saginaw St. to Michigan Ave., will be closed for the "Unite Michigan" procession event. Additionally, both westbound traffic lanes of Michigan Ave., from Marshall St. to Grand Ave., will be closed to regular traffic.
Both closures will start at 1:30 p.m. are expected to be complete by 2:45 p.m. on the same day.
