Almont Community Schools issued the following announcement on Dec 16.
We are proud to announce the coming return of our Watch DOGS program at Orchard Primary School. While we initially wanted to wait for COVID-19 rates to decline in Lapeer County, we feel the benefit of having our DOGS around school outweigh the risks associated for COVID-19 in younger children, especially if our DOGS are following the mitigation steps we have developed.
There will be more information about this program coming from Orchard Primary.
