City of Vassar issued the following announcement on Feb 18.
THIS JUST IN: Here is an update from Republic Services:
"Just wanted to give you a heads up that our drivers are out doing the best they can today given the flash freezing on the roads. They are attempting to get everything collected today. Anything that is missed because they can’t get down the road due to the conditions will be attempted again tomorrow."
