City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Mar 9.
Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall. The purpose of the Public Hearing is the proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance removing greenhouses from the I-1 Light Industrial Districts as an allowable marijuana grow facility.
