Dear Parent/Guardian,
Miller’s Place has offered to host an Angel Tree for families in our community who could use a little extra help this Christmas Season. If you would like your family to participate, please send a sealed envelope to the school with the following information:
Name of Parent/Guardian and address if you would like items delivered to your home. *You may also pick up the items at the Miller Law Office, 108 Main Street in Capac, during December 19-21st.
Ages and genders of ALL family members, including adults and children not currently in school.
Three items or areas of interest for each family member and clothing sizes
-Example: 4-year-old female: size 4T, Barbies, Tea Set, Pink Jacket
-You may also indicate that you wish for gas/grocery gift cards or a Christmas Dinner.
You may send this to the office directly, or to the school with your student. Please address these envelopes to Mrs. Theel and have these envelopes returned to me by Friday, November 11th. You may also fill out an application on www.millers-place-capac.com if you are unable to send your list to the school.
If you would like to participate in purchasing items for families in our community, please see the list on the website below, or stop by Miller’s Place and choose an angel from the tree. Please return items to the Miller Law Office by December 11th.
