The Owosso City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers to receive citizen comment regarding the proposed amendments to Chapter 38, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Owosso, to allow drive-through windows at marijuana retail establishments.
