Former Almont High School player and current Saginaw Valley State Cardinals infielder and right handed pitcher, Brandon Hunsaker, will compete in the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number one seed against the fourth seeded Ashland Eagles.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
