On Sunday, March 2, former Marysville High School standout Kate Westmiller’s current college team, the Longwood Lancers, lost 1-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place at Ulmer Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Chippewas this season.

The Lancers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 4 p.m. at Palmer Park against Virginia Cavaliers.
