In second grade we work on our team building!
Yesterday’s team-building activity included trying to create a tall cup tower through communication and group efforts (with limited time). Working together and communicating in positive ways with our classmates is a life skill that we will revisit often this year.
I was impressed with many of the positive words and interactions I heard during this challenge.
“Let’s try everyone’s ideas.”
“Here, let’s share them evenly and then figure out what works.”
“I like how you did that!”
“Wow, great idea!”
“Let’s take turns putting them on.”
