Sen. Lauwers urges Gov. Whitmer 'to consider reinstating some of those' 147 line-item veto cuts

A growing number of Michigan state lawmakers are concerned that the rash of veto cuts to the state budget by Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer could have negative implications on public safety, education and health facilities.
