MI- THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES: Ask the DNR' panelists to answer viewer questions live tonight on WNMU-TV13

MI- The Department of Natural Resources issued the following announcement on Dec. 3.

Michigan Department of Natural Resources staffers will appear live in the call-in program “Ask the DNR” on Public Television from WNMU-TV13 in Marquette.

The hour-long program will air live at 8 p.m. EST.

Tonight’s program is expected to highlight late fall and wintertime recreation activities, like deer hunting, fishing and snowmobiling, though the discussion is typically wide-ranging, based on viewer questions.

DNR staffers scheduled to appear on tonight's show include Ron Yesney, U.P. trails coordinator, Jennifer Johnson, fisheries biologist, Mike Knack, unit supervisor, Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park, Brian Roell, wildlife biologist and Mark Zitnik, conservation officer.

“Ask the DNR” is produced five times each year. After tonight's broadcast, the show will return live in spring 2021, April 1 and May 6. Previous episodes are available online.
