City of Caro issued the following announcement on July 27.
NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Caro Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 7:00 p.m at the City of Caro Municipal Building Council Room, 317 South State Street. Caro, MI, to consider a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment, initiated by resolution of the City of Caro Planning Commission, to amend the nonconformities section of the zoning ordinance and other related provisions.
Public comments may also be heard by submitting a written public comment to City Manager/Acting City Clerk, Matthew Lane at mlane@carocity.net by Tuesday, August 10th at 5:00 pm. Public comments will be limited to 3 minutes.
This notice is given pursuant to and in full compliance with the Open Meetings Act, being Act 267, Public Acts of Michigan, 1976, as amended and Public Act 254 of 2020.
