City of Marine issued the following announcement on Nov 5.
PUBLIC NOTICE: On November 11, 2021, the City will be smoke testing the sanitary sewer lines in the following areas:
- South Belle River Road to Fairbanks
- Fairbanks to the North City Limit on North Belle River
- Additional affected areas: West St. Clair Street, Hill Street, South Third Street, West Blvd., North Third Street, North Second Street, Pittsburg Street, Gladys Street and Degurse Avenue
