City of Richmond issued the following announcement on Feb 22.
Monday, February 28th is the last day to pay your 2021 Winter and Summer Tax Bills at City Hall. As of March 1, 2022 all outstanding tax bills will be forwarded to Macomb County for collection, where additional fees will apply.
City Hall is open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
