CITY OF CARO: Notice of Planning Commission Meeting

Notice

City of Caro recently ssued the following announcement.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a Planning Commission Meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. conducted electronically using Zoom Video Communications. The meeting will be held electronically due to COVID-19 precautions under Governor of Michigan’s Executive Orders 2020-154 and 2020-160.

The public is encouraged to participate and may do so by:

• Joining by phone at 888-475-4499 (US Toll-free) Meeting ID: 975 3132 3530 OR

• Joining by computer at https://zoom.us/j/97531323530

Public comments will be heard during the public comment period in the beginning and end of the meeting by using the “Raise Hand” method. Participants may use this feature by:

• Dialing *9 on their phone if joining by phone OR

• Click on the “Raise Hand” button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen OR

• Submitting a written public comment to City Clerk, Sara Savage at ssavage@carocity.net by Tuesday, August 25th 5:00 pm.

Public comments will still be limited to 3 minutes.

The City of Caro will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids such as YouTube viewing of the meeting complete with closed captioning. If other aids and services are needed for individuals with disabilities please contact the City Clerk, at ssavage@carocity.net. 48-hour notice may be needed for certain accommodations. An attempt will be made to grant all reasonable accommodation requests.

This notice is given pursuant to and in full compliance with the Open Meetings Act, being Act 267, Public Acts of Michigan, 1976, as amended and Governor of Michigan Executive Orders 2020-154 and 2020-160.
