City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Dec. 18
The Owosso City Council will hold a virtual public hearing Monday, January 4, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of receiving citizen comment regarding the proposed rezoning of the parcel located at 210 Monroe Street.
