City of Owosso issued the following announcement on July 31.
For the week of July 26, work resumed on the retaining wall along the James S Miner Riverwalk, adjacent to City Hall.
The Contractor completed sheet piling work on July 30, 2021. Wall construction will resume on August 2, 2021. All work is expected to be completed on or before October 1, 2021.
