City of Davison issued the following announcement on Aug 17.
The City of Davison Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. at the Davison City Hall, 200 East Flint Street, Davison, MI, 48423, for the purposes of hearing comments and input regarding a conditional use for a medical marihuana facility. All interested parties will be heard on the conditional use request for the parcel located on the north west corner of N. State Street and West Third Street.
The parcel is 52-09-528-053, more commonly known as 415 N. State Street, 0.60 acres in size. A detailed description of the property and the application for conditional use are more particularly described and on exhibit at the City Hall. The Davison City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during which time the Zoning Ordinance, Zoning Map, and any other available public documents may be examined. Written comments regarding the above may be directed to the City, or by calling (810) 653-2191.
