City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Sept 23.
September 19-25 is Child Passenger Safety Awareness Week. Choosing the right car seat and making sure it is installed correctly is important for keeping child passengers safe. Owosso Police Department is happy to help. You can schedule a car seat inspection with one of our certified officers by calling 989-725-0580.
