City of Bad Axe issued the following announcement on Oct 15.
We are looking to find out how many interested participants we can get to donate and hand out Candy in the City Park (by the Library).
On Saturday, October 30th we would like to a do a “Safe Trick or Treat” from 6 until 6:30 p.m. where Parents can bring their Children in their costumes & Trick or Treat, then follow up with a Movie in the Park. The first movie would be the “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” at 6:30 p.m. followed by Hocus Pocus.
