City of Caro issued the following announcement on Oct 12.
NOTICE: The City of Caro will accept adult-use marihuana establishment license applications from now until 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 30th 2021. All applications must be completed in compliance with Ordinance #479 of the City of Caro, the City of Caro Zoning Ordinance and Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act. There is a $5,000 non-refundable application fee.
