City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Oct 19.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, November 1, 2021 at or about 7:30 pm to receive citizen comment regarding a proposed amendment to Chapter 38, Zoning, Article 2, Zoning Districts and Map, Section 38-27 of the Code of the City of Owosso. The proposed ordinance is intended to change the zoning of the following properties:
