City of Imlay issued the following announcement on Nov 16.
Imlay City PD is now partnering with Toys For Tots! Members of the community can drop new, unwrapped toys in our lobby collection boxes today until December 10th! Once the boxes are full, coordinators pick up these toys and the toys are sorted by age and gender. At Christmas, Coordinators, with the assistance of local social welfare agencies, church groups, and other local community agencies, distribute the toys to the less fortunate children of the community.
The Toys For Tots Coordinator assured us that all toys collected in Lapeer County-Stay in Lapeer County!
