Today is the 1st day of school and we would like to remind everyone of a few simple rules:
1. Stop means Stop! If the Crossing Guards raise their stop sign, please Stop!
2. Our Crossing Guards play an important role in ensuring the safety of our school children as they walk to school. Be kind and courteous, offer a friendly wave and smile to them and thank them for their work.
3. We love our Crossing Guards! The weather is a pleasant 80 degrees today, however this is Michigan, six months from now these same Crossing Guards will be outside in the cold and snow. Keep everyone safe by driving slow when you are in a school zone.
