City of Saline issued the following announcement on Mar 23.
** UPDATE ** The water shutoff has been postponed, this post will be updated as we have more information. An eastbound lane has been barreled off and the westbound lane closure will begin next week.
Work will be starting soon on the E Michigan Ave Water Main Lining Project.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, March 23, there will be a temporary water service disruption from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. During this time, businesses from Maple Rd to Industrial Rd will experience low water pressure.
Because this is not a complete shut down of the water main, there will not be a boil water notice, however there may be some discoloration. We encourage businesses to run their faucets for a few minutes to clear up any possible water discoloration within their water line.
Every effort will be made to limit the length of this water service interruption.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
